RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns must be approved by our support team before being sent. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Products damaged through misuse or improper handling

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to contact our support team. If eligible, we will provide instructions for the exchange process.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification. The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process the refund.
